10The Chem-Crazed Cannibal

When given the option, an evil playthrough tends to be a lot of fun in an RPG. As far as evil actions go, cannibalism is at the top of the list inFallout 3. What’s more dangerous than a cannibal? One that’s hopped-up on illicit narcotics and wielding a hefty melee weapon to boot! These are the skills players interested in this build should tag:

Similar to the previous entry, this archetype is all about getting close to one’s enemies. Instead of knocking them senseless though, this build is more about dispatching unsuspecting enemies with a melee weapon. Alternatively, in place of a melee weapon, a silenced pistol can get the job done as well. The three tag skills should include:
