The first opportunities to heal come in the form ofupgrades, with theHealth treeand thePyro treecontaining unlocks that can be used to restore health. In both of these instances, the healing skills are found at the bottom of the tree, which means thatroguelitefans will need to pass through a couple upgrades before they can access them. For full clarity, the upgrade in the Health tree is calledRegenerationand restores one HP every 90 seconds, while the upgrade in the Pyro tree is calledSoothing Warmthand has a 0.05% chance to restore one HP when an enemy is ignited.

Notably, there are someupgrades in20 Minutes Till Dawnthat can extend longevity, though they do not technically provide healing. Two of those unlocks,VitalityandGiant, grant additional HP and can be found in theHealth tree.
