According to the game developer’s post,the certification process of Ark: Survival Ascended’s Xbox version"yielded some unexpected issues," prompting it to work with Microsoft to resubmit the game’s build for the Xbox as soon as possible. The developer is now looking to launch the game early next week, and players should get a more precise update before this week ends.
This delay announcement is the third Studio Wildcard made in a month sinceARK: Survival Ascended’s early access release in late October. Unfortunately, many of the game’s fans weren’t too pleased with it. One player mentioned that Studio Wildcard should release the game’s single-player mode for now and launch its multiplayer mode at a later date. Meanwhile, another player said that the developer should just stop giving release dates to avoid disappointing the player base.
