With the recent success ofTom Clancy’sRainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft also released a new Rainbow title modeled after its predecessor but targeted more toward player vs. environment gameplay.Tom Clancy’sRainbow Six Extractionretains the operator system but sends players into alien-infested zones to investigate, eliminate, and survive.

Rainbow Six Extractionintroduces new abilities, weapons, and cosmetics for players to collect and allows them to join up with friends in squads of three to take on the game’s content. Players go from zone to zone in maps located around the world that have been taken over by Archaeans, which have varying types that players will have to deal with on the fly.Rainbow Six Extractionhas twenty different operators for players to choose from that have unique ways to take on the alien threat and the dangerous locations they will have to traverse. Each operator is best in certain situations but does maintain a certain level of special value on a team.
8IQ
IQ is a lightly armored operator who specializes in a supportive role with the ability to locate both utility items for the team and identify high-threat aliens on the map. IQ is a dedicated operator who joined REACT immediately after the alien threat was detected.

IQ has a reasonable arsenal in mid- to long-range options, such as the AUG A2 default weapon and the G8A1 unlocked at level nine. IQ’s unique equipment is the Red MKII Spectre that allows her to locate special gear on the map, and as she advances in level, she can identify threats regardless of their cloaking abilities.
7Alibi
Alibi is a great operator for controlling enemy targets and maintaining the safety of teammates with powerful recon and crowd control skills. Alibi was recruited early in G.I.S and was crafted into a master infiltrator and recognizance agent. InRainbow Six Extraction, Alibi performs well in mid-to-close combat situations; she has an Mx4 storm submachine gun as her default weapon and can interchange this with the ACS shotgun or the Alda machine gun.
Thanks to Alibi’s movement speed and the increases she gets from her advancement, she excels in engaging and disengaging in combat situations in a team and while running solo. In addition, she can control the terms of combat with her decoy generator, which forces enemies to target it and scans them.
6Pulse
Pulse is another light operator that players who enjoy being completely aware of their surroundings will love to play. A highly celebrated operator in his field, Pulse utilizes close to mid-range options to deal with alien threats. He gains access to the M1014 shotgun as his base weapon, the UMP45 submachine gun, and the 556Xl assault rifle as other options.
Pulse’s value is in his cardiac sensor, which allows the locating of nests, VIPs, and MIAs while on missions; once upgraded, the cardiac sensor also has an extended range and provides a speed buff to allies.
5Vigil
Also featured inRainbow Six Siege, Vigil is a highly valued member of the REACT organization due to his extensive experience in the field and his mechanical and stealth capabilities. Vigil specializes in mid, to long-range combat having access to a number of weapons that can serve several different styles of play.
As his default weapon, he gets the K1A1 submachine gun which he can trade out for the BOSG shotgun or the EK 14 marksman rifle through advancement; Vigil also gains SMG-12 and C75 auto pistols as secondary’s. Additionally, Vigil uses the Electronic Cloak to disrupt the sensory abilities of enemies and, at higher levels, can provide buffs to teammates and include them in the cloaking range of the device.
4Capitao
Capitao is ahighly respected memberof law enforcement and military organizations; due to his strong leadership skills and his efficient tactics, he was rapidly recruited by REACT. He is a strong mid-range operator with a variety of skills that can improve a team’s mission success rate.
Capitao comes with a tactical crossbow, which fires smoke and poison bolts silently. Capitao also benefits from having access to the PARA-308 assault rifle as his default weapon but can also gain access to the SPAS shotgun and M12 submachine gun.
3Doc
The Doc is a great team operator specializing in reviving and healing allies and mid-range combat. Doc has had an extensive history working in biohazards and dealing with unknown entities, making him a highly valuable specialist to REACT.

Doc’s special skill is the Stim Pistol, which can fire healing projectiles at allies; the amount of health recovered can be increased through advancement. Additionally, Doc has access to primarily mid-range weapons such as the P90 and MP5 submachine guns, making him a great support operator.
2Finka
Finka is a strong support operator that can move between mid to close range and remain comfortable with her combat options. Having a long history as a Russian agent, she was recruited by Rainbow during the Chimera Parasite incident and has been a loyal operative ever since.

Finka uses a wide array of heavyassault weapons, such as the SPEAR 308 as her default and the 6P41 light machine gun and SASG shotgun. Finka’s skill is a nano adrenaline boost that can revive allies, prevent KO by enemies, and boost ally health and cooldowns.
1Lion
Lion is aspectacular operatorfor solo or team play thanks to his versatile armory and invaluable skills that make traversing overrun locations a breeze. Lion is another operator who dealt with the outbreak in New Mexico as a member of Rainbow. Thanks to Lion’s EE-ONE-D Drone, Lion can reveal the positions of all enemies in a moderate area allowing teams to plot a safe route to objectives. Lion is a mid-range operator that uses assault rifles and shotguns such as the V308 and the SG-CQB.
