Reddit user Defiant-Oven-6090 posted screenshots ofModern Warfare 3’s new Zombies Aether Worm bundle, which charges 2400 CoD Points (about $24) in exchange for a variety of cosmetics and a strike team slot, which allows a Zombies user to add another operator to their strike team. Fans explained that an additional strike team slot is mostly useless since all of a user’s operators share the same backpack. To start with, all users are given three strike team operators for free, and most players rarely need more than two operators. The 2400 CoD Point bundle also includes the Vanquisher skin, Etched Obsidian DG-58 blueprint, Seared Obsidian Longbow blueprint, Olgoi-Khorkhoi decal, Bite Sized charm, and a refined aetherium crystal.

Many users were rubbed the wrong way by the bundle, upset by its price. Other fans pointed out that the bundle doesn’t include tracer weapons or blueprints with powerful configurations, devaluing the bundle further. Most users seem to be fans of its Vanquisher skin, at least.Call of Duty’s new Rick Grimes skin hasn’t been so luckyin terms of fan reception, as many have complained about its odd voice acting. While the new Zombies bundle won’t struggle with the same issues, its weak offerings came at a bad time for newly disgruntled Zombies fans. Unfortunately, Zombies fans received more disappointing news recently.

A recent leakclaimed thatModern Warfare 3will not add any new enemy types or perksto Zombies for the remainder of the game’s lifespan. While this is a big letdown for Zombies players if true, fans can at least look forward to next year’sCall of Duty.
