A Reddit user named VeraKorradin shares a video showing that the plane inCall of Duty: Warzone 2threw them out before reaching the playable area of the map. A sign asking VeraKorradin to return to the combat area immediately appeared on the screen with a short countdown. The user tried their best to reach the map, but was unable to do before the countdown expired, killing them before the match started. The post’s title claims that this may be a new record for thefastest death in a match ofCall of Duty: Warzone 2.
Thankfully, players who die inWarzone 2get sent to the Gulag, allowing them to re-enter the game should they win a combat encounter. Unlike the originalWarzone,Gulag fights inWarzone 2are 2v2 battles, but Activision has stated that it will return to a 1v1 format in the future. However, it’s unclear if the new format will completely replace the original 2v2 mode, so fans will have to wait for more details.
