While the cheating problem withinCall of Duty: Warzonehas gotten a bit less noticeable in the past few months, there is no denying that it still exists. OneCall of Duty: Warzoneplayer proved this, though their failure to find success with the cheats quickly led to a clip going viral.

WhenCall of Duty: Warzoneplayers cheat, it is often to make themselves look good on stream. While this seems to be backfiring a lot lately, as the situation between a cheater and the actor forCall of DutyOperator Marahas shown, there are still many looking to gain fame from using hacks and glitches to win. However, as shown by Reddit user AfnanMK, some players cheat without an audience, simply using the exploits for a cheap win. This specific cheater did have 12 of their victims spectating, though, something that may have pressured them enough to cause the to slip-up.

In the Redditor’s clip, aCall of Duty: Warzonecheateris depicted using an aim bot. Alongside wallhacks, which outline players through surfaces, these are the most common hacks used within the battle royale game. Right from the start, something seems unnatural about the players aim, as they can be seen locking onto several rooftops. Suspicions are confirmed when they turn the corner, as the player in the clip instantly locks onto an enemy firing from behind a car.

While the player behind the car should have had the advantage due to their solid cover, the cheater managed to down them from a distance with complete accuracy. While the other player’s unfair death can also be attributed toCall of Duty: Warzone’s fast TTKand the use of the MAC-10 to take them down, the cheater’s aimbot all-but-ensured that whoever their competition was stood no chance. However, the aimbotter’s fatal mistake comes after the down, as a grenade is thrown at the downed player.

While this is a fine finishing tactic most of the time, the player clearly did not take note of the form of cover being used. When going to loot their victim, the burning car exploded, and everyone spectating surely had a laugh watching this mistake play out. After the death, the theme music from the showCurb Your Enthusiasmplayed, turning the clip into a proper meme.Call of Duty: Warzonefansquickly ripped into the player in the comments, calling out their lack of situational awareness as something that cannot be bought online.

In this situation, karma ensured that this unskilled player got what was coming to them. Still, hopefully the nextCall of Duty: Warzoneban wavewill see their account removed permanently, ensuring that there is one less aimbotter for players to deal with online.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
