Cheaters and hackers in FPS games are a common problem, constantly being combated by developers and publishers. Unfortunately for players ofCall of Duty: Warzone, the game has been plagued with cheaters since its launch, leading some toabandonWarzoneentirelyout of frustration and anger.

While most players likely attempt to avoid cheaters and may be prone to giving up as soon as one appears, four streamers had enough and chose to fight back. HusKerrs, Its_Iron, Yeet, and Reidboyy took the fight to the cheater, with spectacular results.

In a video compilation of the four streams created by BrunoJohn117 on Twitter, players can see exactly where the trouble starts with the cheater. The players can be seen getting gunned down from afar, with a killcam revealing the cheater bouncing from target to target, appearing touse an aimbotto get their kills. Initially, the streamers were pessimistic, as the cheater’s automatic aiming repeatedly knocks down target after target, and their teammates even funneled them additional ammo to keep them killing.

However, these four weren’t ready to quit just yet. The compilation reveals the four’s tactics, carefully monitoring the cheater to determine exactly where they were located on the map. Then, the four gradually move in, redeploying squadmates as needed, and eventually getting the jump on the cheater and bringing them down. The four relished their success on-stream as they celebrated not only beating the cheater but winning the match. The cheater can even be seen quitting as soon as they’ve lost. According to BrunoJohn117, and the user’s statistics, this cheater had a ridiculous 52 K/D ratio, but only managed to win one game out of the three they participated in. Since then, the account has gone dark. BrunoJohn117 and those in the comments suspect that theRicochet anti-cheatkicked in at after their defeat, as icing on the cake.

Hackers and cheaters can ruin multiplayer games for everyone. Whether they’re pros, streamers, or just casual players, gamers spend hours upon hours honing their skills and improving at games. That’s a big part of why players are so incredibly frustrated to enter a game only to discover that someone is cheating to get kills with no skill involved. Much of the time, all players can do is accept their unfair defeat and report the player in hopes that the developers will ban them for their actions. Unfortunately, whileWarzonehas banned myriads of cheaters, they seem to just keep coming.

While not every player will be able to get revenge on cheaters as readily as these four, it’s quite satisfying for the playerbase to watch, as cheaters have had far too much of an impact onCall of Duty: Warzonesince its release.
