The Classic Prestige System Returns In Black Ops 6
The classic prestige system was a longtime staple ofCall of Duty. Once players reach level 55 in multiplayer, they are able to prestige, resetting multiplayer progress, allowing the player to do it all over again. Once they reach the highest level of prestige, prestige 10, they will be able to continue leveling all the way to level 1000. Unlike recentCall of Dutytitles, there will be no seasonal level caps, meaning players will be able to reach the highest level of prestige right away. In 2019’sModern Warfare, the prestige system was removed in favor of a seasonal leveling system. InBlack Ops Cold War, the system returned, but altered. In this new system, players would level continuously, and every 50 ranks would be granted a level of prestige.
