TheHigh Isleexpansion forElder Scrolls Onlineadded a ton of new places to explore and items to try out to thenearly 10-year-old MMO, all themed around Breton lore and a relatively small-scale story over Daedric catastrophes. It also added five new Mythic Items, which players can hunt down throughout the Systres Archipelago with the Antiquities system.

These five new ESO Mythics vary in power greatly, with some being effectively useless and others quickly becoming the most broken items inThe Elder Scrolls Online. Level your Scrying skill before you start looking for Leads to a Mythic as you won’t be able to decipher them until deep into the Antiquities trees.
How To Get Mythics In ESO High Isle
Every Mythic Item inElder Scrolls Onlineis tied to the Antiquities system, which allows players to Scry and Excavate antiquities throughout Tamriel by solving Leads. Leads can be acquired from a variety of sources, though Mythic Items tend to have Leads that come from very specific places.
To be able to solve the Leads associated with each of these ESO Mythic Items in the first place, players must level up their Scrying to at least Level 7. At this point, the fourth rank of the Antiquarian’s Insight perk becomes available, which lets players Scry master-level Gold Leads. Every Mythic Item is tied to five master-level Leads, so be sure to grind Blue and Purple Leads in zones throughoutElder Scrolls Onlineto get to this perk in the Scrying tree.

Dov-Rha Sabatons
TheDov-Rha Sabatons ESO Mythicgives stacks of the Draconic Scales buff while sprinting. Every half a second, the stack increases by 1 to a maximum of 20. When players stop sprinting, they release a wave of Physical Damage in the immediate area and gain a Damage Shield.
RELATED:Elder Scrolls Online: How To Get A Companion
The power of both the Physical Damage explosion and the Damage Shield granted to players is based on the total number of stacks spent. If players reach the maximum of 20 stacks, the explosion of Physical Damage also Stuns enemies.

Lefthander’s Aegis Belt
TheLefthander’s Aegis Belt is a Mythic Beltthat removes a Core Combat ability, changing how players react to incoming attacks. With the Lefthander’s Aegis Belt equipped, players no longer have invincibility during Dodges. Instead, Dodge Rolling gives an absolutely massive Damage Shield.
The Damage Shield can block up to a whopping 21,000 Damage, but it only lasts for one second. It’s hard to time the invincibility granted by Dodge Rolling in combat sometimes, and this Mythic item gives players a different, perhaps easier to grasp, way to mitigate massive incoming damage.

Mora’s Whispers
TheMora’s Whispers Mythic Itemis the only Mythic Item that is tied to Shalidor’s Library. As part of the Mages Guild, players can hunt down tomes of Lore throughout Tamriel to progress the Mages Guild skill line. Shalidor’s Library books are highlighted with a purple aura to distinguish them from normal books, and the full list for each area can be found in the Zone Guide.
RELATED:Classic MMORPG Tropes That Aren’t Around AnymoreMora’s Whispers increases Critical Chance by up to 1528 and all forms of Experience gain by up to 10% based on the wearer’s completion of Shalidor’s Library. Unless you have been tenaciously hunting down every Lorebook in the game, it’s hard to take advantage of the set’s full effect. It’s hard to deny that a 10% boost to Leveling, Skill XP, and Inspiration from Crafting is enough to warrant a few days' searching, though.

Oakensoul Ring
The Oakensoul Ring is becoming somewhatinfamous in the ESO communityas it provides an extremely powerful set of bonuses with a pretty minor downside. With thisElder Scrolls OnlineMythic Item equipped, players no longer have access to their backup weapon bar. This halves the number of abilities a player can use, but the Oakensoul Ring more than makes up for it.
With this equipped, players gain a host of buffs, essentially boosting all forms of recovery and damage output and reduction: Major Berserk, Brutality, Courage, Force, Heroism, Prophecy, Protection, Resolve, Savagery, Sorcery, and Minor Endurance, Fortitude, and Intellect. It’s a ridiculously powerful Mythic for PvP play, and in PvE it makes simpler one-bar builds much more viable.

Sea Serpent’s Coil
TheSea Serpent’s Coil is an ESO Mythicthat works best when players keep their Health at Max. When players take damage for the first time while at Max Health, that damage is reduced by 40%. For 10 seconds afterwards, players gain Major Berserk and Courage, though they are Slowed by 40% over the effect’s duration.
It’s a very powerful defense and DPS-oriented Mythic item, but its place in the meta is a bit murky. It slows the wearer, making them less able to take advantage of the Major Berserk and Courage, and it forces players to constantly keep their Health topped up. With a few self-healing spells in one’s ability bar, the Sea Serpent’s Coil can be useful for ranged DPS players.
