Following this trend, Epic Games has collaborated with Marvel yet again to release a highly-anticipated and rumored skin. This skin is for Moon Knight, a mercenary from Marvel Comics. The skin will be available in two variants: the first is Moon Knight’s full superhero attire, including the cape, while the other is his three-piece suit. The two variations symbolize the two alters of the fictional character, Marc Spector / Moon Knight and Steven Grant / Mr. Knight.
Moon Knight is among the lesser-known Marvel characters who have recently received a lot of limelight, mainly because of the Disney+ TV series of the same name. The TV series premiered last month on the streaming service and stars an ensemble cast including Oscar Isaac in the titular role alongside May Calamawy and Ethan Hawke in supporting roles. The series explores Moon Knight’s origins and how he deals with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). The series is part of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which began in 2021 and is supposed to last till the end of 2023. However, fans are unsure about the exact time the series takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,including the writer and creator Jeremy Slater.
