The first skin is the Frozen Raven, including its Frozen Iron Cage Back Bling, complete with a mysterious hood and piercing icy blue eyes. Second is the Frozen Red Knight and its Frozen Red Shield Back Bling. Rounding out the trio is the Frozen Love Ranger skin, which is a blue tint of a skin originally designed for Valentine’s Day. All three of these skins arerecolors of existing skins, which explains why the Frozen Red Knight skin is also entirely blue.
All three skins have had their non-winterized versions available in the past few months, but those who want these versions should jump on them before they are go away for an unknown stretch of time.
Also available now is a cosmetic set centered around one of Marvel Comics’ heroines, Black Widow. The Russian spy-turned-Avenger will be appearing inFortnitewearing a snow suit and sporting batons as Back Bling. Many believe the choice to depict her in a snowsuit instead of her traditional black leather is because this content was intended to advertise theBlack Widowmovie from Marvel Studios, which has yet to release due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
In otherFortnitenews, it appears the game may be getting some substantial upgrades for next-gen systems. According to Epic Games Lead Console Programmer Ben Woodhouse, the team is looking at things like120 FPS once the game migrates to Unreal Engine 5 next year.
