Fortnitehas changed up its gameplay by doing an ambitious crossover event with Marvel. The game has managed to differentiate itself from other battle royale games through its mechanics and it seems that this latest crossover is intended to boostFortnite’s already impressive player base. Alongside crossover events,Fortnitereleases challenges that enable players to unlock items and skins upon completion. Interestingly this week players are required to take on Iron Man.
The Marvel crossover event has already led to players taking onDoctor Doom inFortnite. While taking out Doctor Doom was relatively simple as long as a strategy was applied, fighting Iron Man is significantly harder. To begin the showdown with one of the most charismatic Avengers, players will need to head to Frenzy Farm, which has changed and now goes by the name Stark Industries. From this point on, players should prepare themselves for a difficult challenge.

When players arrive at Stark Industries, they first need to equip a weapon which will allow them to shoot from a distance. They then need to head south in the area and find the main building. The building is the largest and most prominent in the map of the area. Iron Man will be waiting on the second floor, but he will not be the only enemy that players need to be wary of. Stark robots will attack players as they take on Iron Man and players will need to use these enemies to their advantage in this particularly trickyFortnitechallenge.
Beating a Stark robot and hacking it will allow players to have support while they take on enemies. On top of this, players need to constantly move to avoid the extremely powerful unibeam and repulsors that Iron Man uses. If players can use the Stark robots and keep moving while shooting, they should be able to beat the enemy, although it should be noted that this is a very difficult challenge. However, the prospect of a new difficulty will be enough to motivate most players who enjoyFortnitechallenges.
Many will be keen to complete all the challenges that thisMarvel event inFortnitepresents and, interestingly, Epic Games have increased the difficulty. With this in mind, future challenges may begin to require more time and effort which will hopefully lead to more rewarding achievements.
