The glitch in the last cutscene of The Final Shape expansion was shown in a Reddit post shared by user Casper_Von_Ghoul. The actual cutscene is supposed to show the Guardian protagonist returning unharmed after the final battle withDestiny 2’s ultimate antagonist, the Witness. However, in the video posted on Reddit, only the Guardian’s head returns from the battle, with the rest of the Guardian’s body reduced to an animation as if the rest of their body has not yet loaded in. The player who posted this hilarious glitch video said that they finally realized why the children in the cutscene were screaming when the Guardian returned. It’s worth mentioning that this is not a bug in the game, and the glitch occurred as a result of the player’s system not rendering the shaders properly.
