AGenshin Impactfan has shared an interesting concept in which they combine two Liyue characters, the Anemo user Xiao and an upcoming Dendro user named Baizhu who is known as the proud owner of the Bubu Pharmacy. Developer HoYoverse already announced his arrival for the upcoming update 3.6.
Baizhu made his first appearance during one ofGenshin Impact’s earliest Archon Quests in Liyue where he was introduced as the first Dendro user in the game. Many players expected him to be the first playable character to use this element, but HoYoverse decided to postpone his release, probably because he has no ties to the Sumeru region that introduced Dendro.

Reddit user paperstraws_ has created an interesting fan-made concept that fuses two popular characters, Xiao and Baizhu. Both of these characters play an important story in Liyue’s main storyline. Many fans seem to like the art as the post reached over 500 upvotes on the game’s main subreddit. Some comments claim that they would actually prefer this version of Xiao over the one in the game. He is known as one of the Yaksha, which are legendary warriors that helped the Geo Archon Moras after the great Archon War. Players who want to add him to their roster will have to wait for a couple of months since he wasfeatured on a banner alongside Alhaitham in update 3.4.
Travelers who want to pull for Baizhu need to get their Primogems ready since he’s rumored to appear in the first part of the upcomingGenshin Impactupdate 3.6. According to recent leaks, Baizhu’s main role will apparently be support, and he will have the ability to provide a lot of healing to his teammates. Similar to many other healers inGenshin Impact, Beizhu’s damage and healing potential will scale with his max. HP.
He won’t be the only new Dendro character to appear on a Limited Character Banner during 3.6 as HoYoverse confirmed that thefamous Sumeru architect Kaveh will also join the playable rosterin the next update. Unlike Baizhu who’s confirmed to be a five-star character, Kaveh will apparently have a lower four-star rarity.
RecentGenshin Impactleakshave also revealed more information about the two or three characters that will receive a re-run in the next update. One of those playable units is expected to be the Dendro Archon Nahida who has become a must-have support for most team comps that rely on applying the Dendro element.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
