This unique domain is considered by many to be the hardest piece of content as it requires players to fight multiple waves of high-level enemies. The enemy lineup keeps changing every couple of weeks and players can acquire different rewards whenever it resets.
This means thatGenshin Impactplayers need to constantly adjust their team composition in order to take advantage of the enemies' weaknesses. Finishing each floor within a certain timeframe will grant various rewards, from important ascension materials to previous Primogems that are used for getting new characters.

The enemy difficulty gets increasingly harder with each new floor which means that the chambers of Floor 12 usually feature the most powerful enemies. A Reddit user named The_Omegastorm has started an interesting discussion on the game’s main subreddit about the 3.7 Abyss which gathered over 2k upvotes. Travelers are complaining that the current Spiral Abyss is probably the hardest one ever featured in the game and many players that have tons of maxed-out characters have already given up on getting all three stars for certain floors.
Some comments have mentioned that the best way to finish each floor is by using the multiple-attempt strategy and adjusting the team composition for each chamber. A lot of fans claim that the fact that ifHoYoverse keeps increasing the difficulty of the Spiral Abyss, it will significantly affect the gaming experience for new players. The main issue with this domain is the fact that it’s considered to be the only piece of end-game content available.
Another Redditor named volkn369 has shared a video that shows how frustrating it can beto fight multiple Abyss Heraldsat once. The player gets constantly frozen before an attack launches their Thoma high up in the air, and he dies from fall damage. Many players claim that they have a very similar experience when fighting in this chamber.
The most frustrating thing about these enemies is probably their Cryo shields which require players to do tons of damage before affecting their HP. This can be especially difficult if players don’t have anypowerful Pyro applicator in their team composition.
