With the launch ofHitman 3,players may be wondering just how many missions and locations are in the new installment ofHitmanand the rest of the World of Assassination trilogy. With IO Interactive’s implementation of theHitmanAccess Passes, the number of missions available in theHitman 3game can vary, and even triple, depending on what previousHitmancontent players own and choose to import.
TheHitmanAccess Passes allow players of the previousHitmangames to downloadprevious locations and missions intoHitman 3. This allowsHitman 3to potentially have all the missions from the World of Assassination trilogy, including the additional DLC content. Players who did not purchase the previousHitmantitles may purchase access to that content from theHitman 3in-game store via the Access Passes.

Hitman 3as a standalone gamehas a total of six missions and locations, including Dubai, Dartmoor, Berlin, Chongqing, Mendoza, and the Carpathian Mountains. Each ofHitman 3’s locations have a mission tied to that location.Hitman 3really comes alive when players import their previousHitmanandHitman 2missions and locations into this newest iteration in the World of Assassination trilogy.
The originalHitmanmissions and locations add seven campaign destinations, including the ICA Facility, Paris, Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bangkok, Colorado, and Hokkaido.Hitman’s three Game of the Year Escalations, rewards, and four Patient Zero Campaign missions are also included in this process.
Players who choose to download theHitman 2missions and locationswill add six to eight main campaign locations, including Hawke’s Bay, Miami, Santa Fortuna, Mumbai, Whittleton Creek, Isle of Sgail, and the Sniper Assassin map, Himmelstein.Hitman 2Gold Edition or Expansion pass owners will also receive New York and Haven Island locations, as well as two additional Sniper Assassin maps, and four Special Assignments.
Hitman 3comes ready to play with six missions and locations but can be expanded to a grand total of nineteen to twenty-one main campaign missions with the other two campaigns, threeHitmanGame of the Year Escalations, four Patient Zero missions, one to four Sniper Assassin maps, and four Special Assignments depending on the version ofHitman 2players own and import.Hitman 3makes it possible for players to play and experience the full World of Assassination trilogy within a single game. Certainly, it is a unique aspect that will encourage players to easily replay previousHitmancampaigns or to experience the complete trilogy for the first time.
