So far, Hirohiko Araki has finished writing eight parts, and a ninth part is on the way. With so many parts, there are bound to be some shortcomings. Like other anime series,JoJo’s Bizarre Adventurealso has some unresolved stories and questions. With that in mind, here are some questions that have not been resolved.
7Hamon’s Disappearance
Hamon was the only power-up in the first twoJoJoparts, and it allowed Jonathan and Joseph to take down to Dio Brando and Kars. Then Stands made their debut inStardustCrusaders. They were introduced at the very beginning when Jotaro when locked inside the prison.
As Part 3 progressed, the fans learned more about Stands, and eventually, it became clear that Hamon would not play a major part anymore. However, there was no reasoning to explain why Hamon was made redundant all of a sudden. It was easily one of the coolest anime abilities, and it was possible to learn how to use it, so it was a bizarre decision to remove it.

6Shizuka Joestar
Diamond is Unbreakablehas its fair share of bizarre moments. One of the standout events that took place in Part 4 was when Joseph and Josuke found a baby. It was not an ordinary baby as she had the ability to turn everything in her surroundings invisible.

The baby was named Shizuka by Joseph, who used his own blood to find her when she fell into the water body. However, Araki never followed up with any kind of information regarding the baby.Shizuka completely vanished, and she wasn’t even mentioned in the otherJoJoparts, which is strange considering she had such a strong ability.
5Why Joseph Didn’t Teach Jotaro Hamon
Joseph Joestar was the main lead inBattleTendency, and he learned about Hamon from his mother, Lisa Lisa. His skill with Hamon enabled Joseph to fight and defeat the Pillar Men, who had ridiculous strength. Joseph was once again involved in Part 3, where his group had toface DIO, who was a vampire.
It was stated in the very first part that vampires are weak to Hamon, so when the Joestar group was getting ready to face DIO, it is unknown why Joseph did not teach his grandson about Hamon. It would have definitely proved to be a valuable weapon in his arsenal especially considering that DIO was still weak to Hamon.

4Was Mikitaka An Alien
The bizarre town of Morioh had everything— killers, famous people, and even an alien. Josuke met Mikitaka, who claimed to be an extraterrestrial. Mikitaka revealed to Josuke that he was an intergalactic pilot, whose spaceship had crashed, however, all the details were self-proclaimed by Mikitaka.

Mikitaka possessed a unique ability to shapeshift into different objects, but he could not turn into anything that was too complicated. Araki never provided enough proof to validate Mikitaka’s claim. If he really was an alien, why did Araki never confirm?
3Why Happened To Anne
Anne was one of the side characters inStardustCrusaders, and she traveled with the Joestar group for the majority of the first half. Anne was a brave yet reckless girl, who had the courage to run away from her home. After tagging with the Joestar group for such a long time, many fans expected her to go to Egypt with them.
However, this dream was shattered when Joseph talked her into going back to her home. Anne hesitantly agreed and went back, and surprisingly that was the last time the fans saw Anne. Many fans even theorized that Anne would date Jotaro in the future. However, she never appeared in any of the other parts.

2Who Rescued Josuke
This is one of the most popular questions revolving around the series. During a flashback inDiamond is Unbreakable,it was revealed that when Josuke was a baby he came down with a terrible fever. His mother, Tomoko had to drive all the way to the hospital in a terrible storm. Unfortunately, the car got stuck due to the snow and Tomoko felt that it was going to be impossible to reach the hospital.
However, a man with the same hairstyle as adult Josuke helped Tomoko to get the car going and thus, saved Josuke’s life. Throughout the entire Part 4, this mysterious savior’s identity is not revealed. This led to a lot of theories, with some of them claiming that it was adult Josuke who went back intime due to Killer Queen’s ability. But, there is conclusive evidence for it, and it seems this particular mystery will remain unresolved.

1Where Was Giorno?
Giorno’s adventure to become the boss of Passione ended withGoldenWind. It seemed like he would not be making any more appearances, but Rikiel’s privilege inStoneOceanmanga insinuated that Giorno was in Florida when Pucci was trying to achieve his goal.
This raises the question of why did he not meet Pucci anddid the overpowered Gold Experience Requiemprotect Giorno from the effects of Made in Heaven. Needless to say if Giorno had been involved inStoneOcean, it would have had a drastic impact on the story.
