On Reddit, DopeyLake0352 posted a short eight-second clip showing them hitting an incoming thermite out of the air with a shock stick while playing onCall of Duty’s Shipment map. The midair collision caused both throwables to trigger on top of one another, making for an incredible display. A moment like this would be difficult to produce on purpose, so the fact that it happened naturally in the heat of the moment is wildly impressive.
Modern Warfare 3 Player Hits Thermite Out Of Air With Shock Stick
This moment was already stunning enough, but adding to the spectacle was the thermite’s dazzling firework particle effects due to it featuring the Burning Dragon thermite skin fromCall of Duty’s Lunar New Year bundle, as pointed out by one commenter under the post.
