Following the launch ofMario + Rabbids Sparks of Hopelast month, Ubisoft has outlined the content that will be coming to owners of the season pass. It appears thatUbisoft and Nintendo once again have a hit on their hands with the latestMario + Rabbidstitle, as most reviews have praised the tactical action game for expanding upon the foundation of its predecessor. While the game features plenty of things to do, the adventure won’t be stopping once the campaign credits have rolled.
Prior to launch, Ubisoft teased the addition of DLC forMario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope,by announcing the Gold Edition version of the game. Alongside the game, players who pick up theGold Edition ofMario + Rabbids Sparks of Hopewould get access to the season pass. While the specific content inside the Gold Edition remained a mystery, Ubisoft did tease the inclusion of the limbless hero Rayman during the Ubisoft Forward 2022 digital showcase. Now, following the release of the game, Ubisoft is providing fans more details as to what they can expect post-launch.

Ubisoft has finally confirmed the content players can expect over the next year forMario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, detailing three pieces of content all coming in 2023. The first is called Tower of Doooom, a combat-centric content pack. According to Ubisoft, Madame Bwahstrella tasks Mario and the gang to clean her multi-dimensional tower to save a character named Spawny. to climb the tower, players will need to face “highly strategic battles” in an all new combat game mode. It’s also worth noting that this DLC pack is a Season Pass exclusive.
Following that later in 2023 is additional story content that takes players to a brand-new planet. Along with new environments to explore, players will face off against new enemies and a mysterious new foe who looks very similar to the originalSparks of Hopecharacter called Edge. Finally, later in 2023, Ubisoft is planning its final DLC adventure whichteams up Rayman with Rabbid Peach and Rabbid Mario.
While all three DLC packs are planned for 2023, fans still have plenty of time totry and 100%Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. However, some completionists have been getting stuck at 99%, no doubt frustrating by having to backtrack and find that one needle in the haystack. Thankfully, there are a few places players should start looking through first including the Secret Zone where a timed challenge can easily be overlooked.
