William Vangeance is the Captain of the Golden Dawn Squad, one of the highest-ranking squads in the Clover Kingdom. Originally, William Vangeance was discriminated against due to the curse that caused a scar on his forehead. Julius’s abilities are exceptionally powerful. His magical affinity lies inTime and Space Magic, which he can manipulate easily. This was seen in the “Elf Reincarnation Arc” during his intense battle with Licht. Julius is also adept atTransformation Magic, a really useful skill and Mana Zone usage.
Julius Novachrono’s most impressive magical ability is his capacity to steal time from his opponents and store it for himself to use.
