YouTube channel TeaserPlay has made a name for itself with its impressive concept videos that utilize the power of Epic’s Unreal Engine 5, oftentimes showing what hypothetical video games could look like if built using the same tools.
Most of TeaserPlay’s videos focus on specific video games, like the channel’s recentMax Payne 2remake video. However, the channel’s latest Unreal Engine 5 concept video is a more original work, instead showing a gamer growing up with five generations of PlayStation consoles from the PS1 all the way to the PS5.

At the start of the video, the gamer is a kid playingCrash Bandicooton the PS1. Time jumps and the kid is a teenager now, playingGrand Theft Auto: San Andreason their PlayStation 2 console. Time jumps some more, and the gamer in the video is now a young adult playingUncharted 3: Drake’s Deceptionon their PS3. The next time jump moves the story ahead to 2018 with the2018God of Wargamebeing played on a PlayStation 4 console.
The final clip in the video shows the gamer now as a fully grown adult with a child of their own, sitting in their living room andplayingSpider-Man: Miles Moraleson the PS5together. It then ends with a brief message thanking PlayStation for the good memories.
