Before Luffy and the gang entered Totto Land, it was explained that there once used to be 4 Sweet Generals. However, at some point during the timeskip, they were changed to 3. This is because Charlotte Snack was one of these high-stationed characters but got demoted after he lost a fight to Urouge. Because of this, Snack held a deep hatred and contempt forthe Worst Generation as a whole.
Despite his demotion and the stripping of his rank, Snack still stayed utterly loyal to the Big Mom Pirates since he was one of the characters who chased down the Straw Hats on Cacao Island. Though his Devil Fruit powers are unknown, if he even had any, he was still quite powerful, since his strength was enough to land him as one of the 4 Sweet Generals in the first place!

Bisu Bisu no Mi - Bis-Bis Fruit
The first of the Sweet Generals that was ever shown, Charlotte Cracker proved to be an incredibly powerful warrior who gave Luffy a very tough fight. Just like all other Sweet Generals, he has full control and authority over all of Totto Land and his orders can only besuperseded by Big Mom herself, making him one of the strongest members of her entire crew.

Cracker ate the Bisu Bisu no Mi Devil Fruit, a Paramecia Type that allows him to summon and manipulate a seemingly infinite amount of biscuits. These biscuits are incredibly durable and proved to be so resilient that Luffy had a tough time breaking them even in his Gear 4 transformation, when he struggled to destroy Cracker’s biscuit armor. Moreover, Cracker is a masterful user of Armament and Observation Haki, the former of which he used on his sword to pierce through Gear 4’s defenses.

Shibo Shibo no Mi - Wring-Wring Fruit
Smoothie is a gigantic character and one of the strongest members of the entire Big Mom Pirate crew, which is reflected in her bounty of 932 Million. Though she was never shown to fight anyone directly, her abilities are incredible, as she can use her titanic size andDevil Fruit powers to fight, which is made even more impressive by knowing that she holds full authority over all of Totto Land due to her position as a Sweet General.

Smoothie ate the Shibo Shibo no Mi, or the Wring-Wring Fruit. As its name suggests, this fruit allows her to wring the liquid out of anything she likes, making a juice that has quite a delicious taste. She can use this ability on anything that she sets her mind to, whether plants, humans, or even lava. When used on a person, her victim is left completely dehydrated and immobile. She also has considerable use of Haki and has enough will to withstand Big Mom’s Haki of the Supreme King.

Mochi Mochi no Mi - Mochi-Mochi Fruit
The strongest and most well-known of all the Sweet Generals, Katakuri is regarded by many fans of the series asone of the best villains in all ofOne Piece. Sporting a bounty of over 1 Billion, Katakuri is a masterful fighter who gave Luffy one of the toughest fights he has had to this day, at the end of which many considered Katakuri having won the bout, only conceding to Luffy at the end instead of being outright defeated.

Katakuri was the user of the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a special kind of Paramecia Devil Fruit that gave him properties similar to those of a Logia Type. This essentially acted as a more complete version of Luffy’s Gomu Gomu no Mi, especially because Katakuri had achieved its awakening so he could turn other things into Mochi as well. Despite the incredible power of this fruit, which almost killed Luffy multiple times, Katakuri’s true power came in the form of his masterful use of Observation Haki, which allowed him to see into the future!
