ThePokemon: Horizonsanime has aired four episodes to date, with a fifth episode to air today. The first episode of the series saw protagonist Liko arrive in the Kanto region, but now the characters are working their way to thePaldea region wherePokemon Scarlet and Violettake place. Nemona fills the rival role inPokemon Scarlet and Violet, though she is much friendlier than many of the other rivals thatPokemonplayers encountered in past games. Nemona primarily features inPokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Victory Road storyline, and she has proven to be one of the most popular human characters to come out of the new games. It’s possible Nemona’s popularity in thePokemon Scarlet and Violetgames will translate to the anime series, but it’s unclear if she will be a regular character, an occasional guest star, or just there to make a one-off appearance.

The latestPokemonanime series has many questions to be answered besides what kind of role Nemona will play.
