Any gamers who have been followingPokemon GOare well aware that the game made some major shifts in its event strategy over the last 18 months or so. In addition tomaking the everydayPoGOexperience more remote friendly for safety reasons, Niantic also had to cancel many previously scheduled in-person events or shift them to become remote, global experiences.
Three of those events werethe 2020 Safari Zones, which have become an exciting tradition inPokemon GOover the recent years. These events take place in a specific city and offer players who manage to purchase a ticket and travel there an exciting gameplay experience. The events never ended up happening in 2020, butPokemon GOis finally ready to give these three cities another try between October and November of this year.
