Meowscarada ex 271/193
Meowscarada is the final evolution of the Grass-type starter Pokemon fromPokemon: Scarlet & Violet, Sprigatito. In this set, Meowscarada ex is one of the strongest Pokemon cards that players can collect. That’s because Meowscarada is Energy efficient, and deals massive damage. Meowscarada ex has 310 HP, which is evidence that Pokemon cards get stronger and stronger through each generation, as past ex cards have around 110-190 HP.

What makes this card so great is that Meowscarada ex has an ability to place 3 Damage Counters on an opponent’s benched Pokemon, at the cost of discarding one Grass Energy. This essentially means that players can attack a benched Pokemon, and use Meowscarada’s Scratching Nails attack on the opposing active Pokemon, which can deal up to 220 damage.
Skeledirge ex 272/193
The beloved Fire-type starter fromScarlet & Violet, Fuecoco, evolves into its final evolution, Skeledirge, at level 36. Fuecoco fans will want to get their hands on this Hyper Rare card as soon as possible, as Skeledirge ex is one of the best in the set. The Skeledirge ex Hyper Rare card has 340 HP and is a Fire-type card, which worksgreat in fire-themed decks.
Although Skeledirge ex doesn’t have an ability like Meowscarada ex, it can heal 30 HP from each of the player’s benched Pokemon with its Vitality Song move. Skeledirge ex also has access to Burning Voice, which requires two Fire Energies and deals 270 damage subtracted by 10 damage for each damage counter on Skeledirge.

Quaquaval ex 273/193
Quaquaval is the final evolution of Quaxly, the Water-type starter inPokemon: Scarlet & Violet. This Quaquaval ex Hyper Rare card trades energy efficiency for pure power and disruption. Quaquaval, who has 320 HP, also has two attacks.
Exciting Dance, which costs one Water Energy, deals 60 damage and switches Quauqaval ex with one of the player’s benched Pokemon. The opponent is then forced to also switch out their active Pokemon. Spiral Shot, which costs two Energy (one Water Energy, one Energy), deals a flat 230 damage, but the player has to put two Energy attached to Quaquaval ex back into their hand.

Chien-Pao ex 274/193
Chien-Pao is an Ice-type legendary Pokemon fromPokemon: Scarlet & Violet. Since it is a basic Pokemon ex card, Chien-Pao ex only has 220 HP, but makes up for its lack of HP in damage dealt to the opposing Pokemon.

Chien-Pao ex has the ability Shivery Chill, which states that if Chien-Pao ex is the active Pokemon, the player can search their deck for two basic Water Energy cards and put them in their hand. Chien-Pao’s one attack is Hail Blade, which costs two Water Energy and deals 60 damage times the number of Water Energy discarded from the player’s Pokemon. (They can choose which Energy to discard from any of their Pokemon in play).
Ting-Lu ex 275/193
Ting-Lu is another legendary Pokemon that players can find in the open world ofPokemon: Scarlet & Violet. Ting-Lu ex is a Fighting-type card with 240 HP. Ting-Lu ex also has an ability, which is called Cursed Land, and it states that as long as Ting-Lu ex is in the active spot, opposing Pokemon in play that has any damage counters have no abilities (other than ex Pokemon). This ability helps counter opposing strategies.
Ting-Lu also has the attack Land Scoop, which costs 3 Fighting Energy. Land Scoop deals 150 damage and allows the trainer to place two damage counters on one of the opposing benched Pokemon.

Super Rod 276/193
Trainer cards are some of the best cards to utilize in strategy with great Pokemon cards. Super Rod is a great Trainer card that withholds a useful ability amid a match.
Not only does this Super Rod Hyper Rare card look incredible with its golden illustration, but it is also a good Item card to use in battle, as it allows players to shuffle up to three Pokemon and/or Basic Energy into their deck. This helps players who have lost a great Pokemon, or those who just need that extra Energy.

Superior Energy Retrieval 277/193
Superior Energy Retrieval is one of the best Item cards that players can use when it comes to gaining Basic Energy. Superior Energy Retrieval, which states that this card only works if the player discards two other cards from their hand, allows the player to put up to 4 Basic Energy cards into their hand from their discard pile.
This card, in unison with Pokemon that discard Energy to use moves or such, is a great strategy inPokemon TCG’smeta, especially with cards like Chien-Pao ex. There’s no better way to show off a player’s collection skills than with Hyper Rare cards in a deck, such as this Hyper Rare Super Energy Retrieval card.

Basic Grass Energy 278/193
Energy cards have, per tradition, almost always been included in the Hyper Rare cards' club, where two types of Energy can be found as Hyper Rare cards. InPaldea Evolved, players can find the Basic Grass Energy Hyper Card, which falls under the number 278/193.
This card is simply for looks and collecting. Instead of the common green background with the normal borders on a Grass Energy card, this Hyper Rare Grass Energy shimmers with a Hyper Rare golden border. It even includes shiny sparklesaround the grass symbol, adding to the card’s mystical appearance.

Basic Water Energy 279/193
Like the Grass Energy, a Basic Water Energy Hyper Rare card can be located within the set ofScarlet & Violet: Paldea Evolved. This Water Energy card is almost identical to its grass counterpart, except, of course, that it is a Water-type Energy.
This Hyper Rare card, which is the final Hyper Rare card in thePaldea Evolvedset, features the water symbol, is surrounded by radiant sparkles, and is enclosed with a golden border that all Hyper Rare cards have.
