To say that the world ofThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrimcontains many memorable and breathtaking locations would likely be considered an understatement. Players have enjoyed exploring its vast open world ever since the classic RPG from Bethesda was released in November 2011. Among the locations often visited during adventures is thehouse known as Honeyside.
Located inthe city of Riften, Honeyside is one of several homes that can be purchased by the player throughout the game. However, it is the only place of residence available in Riften. As a result, it is a necessary acquisition for those intending to become the Thane of the Rift. Recently, one fan decided to create artwork based on this place.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as Sarahs_Art_Space shared a painting that they had recently made based onSkyrim. In particular, this picture stood out because it was inspired by Honeyside. In the image, the classic wood house of Riften sat next to a stream with the mountains in the distance. In addition, several wooden pathways branched away from the structure. Furthermore, the picture even included the distant figure of one of thedragons featured inSkyrim.
Amazingly, this is far from the onlySkyrimpainting that Sarahs_Art_Space has made. The artist has posted several other pieces of art based on theElder Scrollsfranchise on Reddit for those wanting to see more. Some examples of artwork include Windhelm, Elswer, and Road to Whiterun. They have even painted scenes from other fantasy series, such asLord of the Rings. Each of these pieces had the same level of artistry as that seen in the Honeyside picture.
Unsurprisingly, this artwork of Honeyside piqued the interest of a number of members of theSkyrimcommunity on Reddit. With over 4.6K upvotes in less than a day, many were impressed with the design. Numerous people commented that the location was one of their favorite places to visit inSkyrim. In addition, several gamers liked that the artist included a dragon in the painting. “I was thinking ah, it looks like a fairly cheerful, pleasant day, and then I noticed the upper left corner…” brokeanail said on Reddit.
While this painting is doubtlessly impressive, it is far from the only piece of breathtaking art based onSkyrim. Beyond this picture of Honeyside, another fan recently made awoodburning that showcased the dragon Alduinfrom the game. Time will tell what artwork is shared with the community in the weeks ahead. Given the impressive track record of Sarahs_Art_Space, there is a good chance they will post even more paintings based on memorable locations in the game.
