In a Facebook post, the developer of the franchise detailed the legacy of the original game and revealed the first screenshot of a sequel.
There have beenplenty of rumors about howS.T.A.L.K.E.R.would returnand many will be pleased with the prospect of an entirely new sequel. Protagonists previously had unique goals within the game, and it will be interesting to see how this concept can be elevated more than a decade on from the original game and how new features will build on fondly remembered aspects.
