The game introduces new features, including a Tactical Pause system, which lets players pause the action and line up their next moves. There’s also an improved destruction system, which adds another layer of realism, with buildings crumbling down brick by brick. Furthermore, the addition of Italian Partisans inCompany of Heroes 3allows allied non-player characters to assist during battles or on the map.
The game features a dynamic storyline in the theater of war, which can take turns depending on the player’s actions. These actions can also result in distinct endings.
