With just over a month to go until release,Tiny Tina’s Wonderlandshas finally revealed its last two character classes. Over the last year or so, through a series of gameplay and cinematic trailers, fans have gotten a fairly in-depth look at the other classes in the game. These range fromthe stealth-based Stabbomancerwho relies on status effects and critical hits to the hammer-wielding, melee-focused Clawbringer that uses both fire magic to buff their hammer swings.

A recent gameplay trailer has shown off the game’s last two classes, the Graveborn and the Spore Warden. The character classes in this game seem to be pretty varied, with each class having a distinct set of abilities and traits that are truly unique. These latest reveals reinforce this idea, as the Graveborn and Spore Warden seem to play very differently. Whereasthe Graveborn uses health-draining dark magic, designed to inflict the most damage possible, the Spore Warden takes more of a support role, using his little mushroom companion to emit various status effects.

A Spore Warden Class Overview

On the whole, the Spore Warden class looks as though it’s going to be the perfect choice for any players who want to take on a support role, but still want to deal out enough damage to foes. The Spore Warden is officially labeled asa “Gun and Companion” class, meaning that their abilities focus on both ranged attacks as well as support from their mischievous mushroom companion.

If players want a character class that’s more solely damage-focused, then they’ll probably want to stay clear of the Spore Warden, as their abilities don’t seem to offer much in the way of DPS. Similarly, if players want to try their hand atTiny Tina’s Wonderlands' fairly new melee mechanics, then the Spore Warden definitely isn’t the way to go, as they don’t seem to wield any melee weapons in the trailer.

The Spore Warden’s Weapons and Abilities

TheSpore Warden’s primary weapon is an ethereal bowthat’s summoned via their fantastical nature-themed magic. This bow should offer Spore Warden players a stylish way to tackle the onslaught of threats coming their way throughout the game. Due to the relatively limited firing rate, Spore Warden players may be best off keeping their distance and firing from afar.

If enemies get too close, however, the Spore Warden can use their mushroom companion to spew toxic fumes, poisoning any opponents within range. It’s unclear if this companion will have any other abilities, as the official skill trees haven’t been revealed yet, but it is likely giventhe Spore Warden’s support-class naturethat the mushroom may have some form of healing or other offensive abilities.

The Spore Warden has two primary abilities that have been detailed so far. The first ability, called “Barrage of Arrows,” allows the Spore Warden to fire seven arrows in a horizontal arc, which should give players some additional opportunities to deal some significant damage. The second ability, named “Blizzard,” allows the Spore Warden to create three cyclones that can freeze enemies in their tracks, which is sure to provide teammates with a much-needed reprieve.

While the Spore Warden does sound like a pretty fun character class to use, players don’t need to worry about being tied down for the entire game. Also highlighted in this latest trailer isTiny Tina’s Wonderlands' multi-class system, which allows players to swap to another class later on in the game. As such, if a player isn’t feeling the Spore Warden’s strictly ranged attacks, then they can swap to a melee-focused character like the Brr-Zerker later on in the campaign.
