Microsoft has announced eight games that are coming toXbox Game Passthroughout the month of September 2022, with three of those games added today. Microsoft updates its selection ofXbox Game Passtitles on a monthly basis, often confirming the upcoming titles in two waves.
The first wave of new Xbox Game Pass games for September 2022 will consist ofDisney Dreamlight Valley: Founder’s Edition,Opus Magnum,Train Sim World 3,Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation,DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace,You Suck at Parking,Despot’s Game, andMetal Hellsinger. Out of these,Disney Dreamlight Valley: Founder’s Edition,Train Sim World 3,You Suck at Parking,Despot’s Game, andMetal: Hellsingerare day one releases.

New Xbox Game Pass Games for September 2022
Besides the games listed here, it’s worth pointing out that September 15 will also see the addition of theXbox Series X version ofOuter Wildsto Xbox Game Pass. The current-gen version ofOuter Wildsis already available on the service, which is likely why Microsoft chose not to mention the next-gen version in its slate of new Game Pass titles for September 2022.
The second wave of new Xbox Game Pass games for September 2022 will likely be announced around the middle of the month, but previous announcements have given fans a pretty good idea of what to expect. Later in September, fans can look forward toHardspace: Shipbreakeron September 20,Beacon PinesandSlime Rancher 2on September 22, and finally,GroundedandSoulslikeMoonscarson September 27. It’s likely that there are even more new Xbox Game Pass games coming in the second half of September, but fans will likely have to wait until next week or the week after to learn what they are.
Thegames leaving Xbox Game Pass on September 15were also officially confirmed after having been previously leaked.
