TheXbox Series Shas become the current gen’s standout artistic console through regular giveaways. The latest customXbox Series Sgiveaway revolves around the famous video game protagonist Pac-Man and the release ofPac-Man World Re-Pac.
Bandai Namco released the announcement trailer forPac-Man World Re-Pactwo months ago and graphical comparisons have been released that highlight the graphical differences between the new release and the retro version. Some gamers are starting to get their hands onPac-Man World Re-Pac, and like with many other significant releases, Xbox has decided to celebrate this launch with a custom Xbox Series S themed around the game. The normally white and black console has been made a combination of black and blue that would be familiar to the originalPac-Manarcade cabinet, while it features characters familiar to the classic Namco series as well.

The Xbox Twitter account recently shared an image of thePac-Man World Re-PacXbox Series S alongside the stipulations and requirements to enter the giveaway, including the age restrictions. The console itself features a prominent image of the 3-D Pac-ManfromPac-Man Worldstanding above the blue ghost known as Inky, taking up most of the top of the Xbox Series S. The black and blue maze design extends to the sides of the console, while its exposed top has a blue that color matches the walls of the maze. Blinky and Pinky adorn the front of the Xbox Series S underneath the power button, while Clyde cheekily waves their right arm underneath Pac-Man’s matching arm.
Just like how theTop Gun: MaverickXbox Series Scame bundled with a unique controller, thisPac-Man World Re-Pacconsole is bundled with a gamepad that matches its design. The control sticks, d-pad, and bumpers of the controller are all a deep blue, and the rest of the gamepad that doesn’t include importantPac-Man Worldcharacters has the same blue and black aesthetic. Inky, Pinky, and Clyde are grouped up on the left side of the Xbox Series S controller, while Blinky is right in the middle underneath the power button and the titular hero takes up the right grip all the way to the face buttons.
Given its age and thatPac-Manhas celebrated its 42nd anniversary, many gamers took to thePac-Man World Re-PacXbox Series S announcement to voice their appreciation for the character and the new bundle. Although Xbox continues to release unique custom Xbox Series S units through giveaways, it’s currently unclear if store shelves will ever get an alternate to the white and black console.
